Do Not Sell - Your California Privacy Rights
The California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (the “CCPA”) grants California residents certain rights related to their personal information. One of these is the right to opt out of sales of their personal information.
In most circumstances where we interact with consumers, HERE does not sell personal information. We do not sell personal information you submit when you sign up for or use HERE applications or services, or that you provide to us through correspondence with HERE. We do not sell personal information of submitted to our services by our business customers on behalf of their end users.
As a provider of maps, business directories, and other location products, we take measures, including requirements placed on our data suppliers, manual quality checks, and automated scanning, which are designed to prevent personal data from being included in our data products. This page has been created to provide consumers with the ability to submit a request if they believe that their personal information has been sold by HERE, such as by inadvertent inclusion in one of our map products.
If you believe that your personal information has been sold by HERE, beginning January 1, 2020 you may exercise your right to opt out of sale by filling out our request form.
